Easier to buy an existing site or market a new one?

Hi all,

I would be interested in any advice as to whether I should be looking to start new or buy existing sites? What is the general consensus? I appreciate a new site requires a huge amount of marketing to kick it off.

If you are going to buy it depends on what the site is about... you could buy it fix it up (monetize) it better.. and then sell it for more profit...it can be tricky though..

 

If it allready established and you have the money BUY IT .. but be carefull and check the stats ...

 

If you have the investment, just buy one and continue to monetize it

 

Since you said easier, buying an existing site is the obvious choice.

 

Buying an existing site is more easier than creating a new domain site. However if you do not have knowledge of checking the existing site's statistics thoroughly, then I would prefer you to start a new domain site, even if you have the money. Because if you dont have the right resources and knowledge to check the existing site's background, then you might end up wasting your money

 

Atarting a new one will at least give you the domain you want.
