    In my code can I simply change "coolsite" for another channel in this
    /* coolsite */
    Code (markup):
    to save the time and effort of setting up a whole new ad code?
    Thanks Jas.

    I setup one set of code and apply to the wordpress theme I use on all 20 of my sites. With the sites sharing the same theme and adsense code, I just have to setup URL channels to track earnings per site.

    But how do the channels know which site unless it is in the code? I remember the old adsense code and the channel id was in the code and had a number that was different for every channel. So if I have siteA & siteB both using the exact same adsense code how will google know how to seperate them for stats/earnings info?

    How ? Google Magic.

    That's just how it works now with the new code. You can use one adsense code on multiple sites and create the URL channels inside your adsense account. It will track them seperately without having to modify the adsense code.

    Your 100% sure? I hope you are right it will save me time!! :D
    Ok so let me get this straight. I go to "Manage Ads", click "Edit Ad Settings", then "Add new channel", then I can add:
    site2
    site3
    site4
    etc.
    And google will track the ads across my other sites for that unit?

    Also this may seem like a stupid question but I don't need to put the actual url of the site as the new channel do i? eg. site.com, or is anything ok, Cheers for the help :)

    Bah silly me I am looking at custom channels, I have never used the other one "url channels" before (odvously).
    So I simply add the urls into the "url channels" section and google will just locate the unit? That sounds nice :)
