After a large event, such as the earthquake in Chile, the internet is swamped by news reports, cries for help and forum posts on the subject. This hammers the search engines with lots more websites offering 'keyword competition'. What a site like mine offers to a country such as Chile in a time like this is hope for the future. Long after the hype of the event has gone, long after loved ones have been found or the buzz in the forums has died down we offer important resources for tourism, which brings in much needed foreign money. Imagine you are looking for an adventure holiday and Chile crosses your mind. You start reading up on Chile but all you come across are old and quite depressing news reports on the disaster. You wont want to visit the country then will you. The Atacama desert in the north can be accessed via Bolivia and Torres del Paine National Park via Argentina, imagine how a tourist will then plan his trip!
