for those who saying that earth4energy.com should be better SEOd ...

as an affiliate, you don't actually want that! if everyperson that searched for earth4energy got the main site as their first result, chances are they probably wouldn't read any of the other pages ...

to the person that said domains don't matter to google ... have you not noticed that they highlight the searched terms in the url - domain and page names do matter ... there's a handy article somewhere about what matters in google, cant' recall where it is but sure it's somewhere ...

i once held top of the earth4energy searches for about 12 hours ... made 2 sales out of it ... but hardly earth shattering lol :)

domain names do not hold much weight with Google. Maybe you haven't been doing IM long?. Yahoo cares alot more about domains than Google. This has been well documented. If the article your referring to states domains are important, it must be older, citing old algorithms Google used. You could just as well with a related term, as an earth4energy domain, with any green or eco site. I mean, if you search the term earth4energy,majority or the results don't have earth4energy in the domain, (only 3 currently). Google likes related content, not 1st grade seo. The term is highlighted only because thats the search term, not because Google thinks its better. It is a combination of all things considered that determines how you rank in Google, and the domain names is probably at the bottom of their list of importance.

Im not saying they don't care at all, but not as much as you think.:)

    Here's what Google says:
content and backlinks determining what the web thinks of a page. That's Google's main concern
