The blog was established more than a year ago (8th October 2008) and has been making money since then. The content is totally unique, written by me, keyword-targeted, SEO'ed and promoting Earth4Energy product.

There is a total of 73 posts on the blog and 3 pages.

I optimized the blog quite a lot, and currently it ranks #1 in Google for "make your own windmill" keyword, and on 1st page for many other related keywords, such as "how to build a windmill", "make a windmill", "how to make a windmill", etc.

According to BacklinkWatch, the blog has 271 backlinks. The links are coming from QUALITY and RELEVANT websites. This is a white-hat blog with proper link building, NO spam or black-hat SEO.

The traffic isn't huge, to be honest, but it's good enough to make a few sales a month. You can further optimize the blog to rank for more keywords, and in that case, you will get more traffic and obviously more money. (see Google Analytics below)

So far in October 2009, it made 3 sales, and usually the blog averages $200-250/month. It's total profit, because the traffic comes from the search engines, so no ad spend or whatsoever.

The conversion rate varies, but usually it's around 1:50, which I consider quite decent. You can see the proof for earnings and conversion rate in the attachments.

In terms of maintainance, the blog is pretty much on autopilot. Of course, you need to update it sometimes with unique content to keep it fresh, and also send a few backlinks to keep the rankings, but apart from that, nothing major.
