    Same here, Ive been getting some for $0.01 per click also. I've been working on my keywords because I know there are $2-3 per clicks out there for my ads.

    This can be due to the fact that your website is not turning up the traffic into conversions and this is why Google have made your CPC down. Or there can be other reasons as well.
