Earnings dropped suddenly...

    I was earned $0.80 per click on the average but my earnings suddenly dropped to $0.30 per click on the avg.

    Any ideas why it has happened?

    It happens. Possibly because there is less demand for that certain keyword, thus prices drop.

    Always keep in mind that CPC it's based on a formula with so many variables and also many of them are directly editable under the AdWords advertiser interface, so there are plenty of reasons ...

    yeah mee too same thing happend to mee, ny earning suddenly drop, my traffic too suddenly drop. is it can be cause by holiday season?

    And then I looked at my ads. Seems that it was showing all my filtered ads today. Their competitive ad filter broke today. I hope they fix asap.

    Its definitely due to the holiday season. Ive seen traffic drop at most of my sites. I', sure the earnings and traffic will be back to normal once the holiday season is over.
