    What key words get you $100 per click? I know DVD gets you about $0.55 per click.

    100$/click? This is by far not realistic. Imagine that Google pays the publishers about half of what he receives from the advertisers.

    Who would pay 200$ for a single click?

    The percentage of the revenue generated by google through its adsense program...that it distributes to its publishers is never revealed...so its not exactly half of the revenue shared by them....and as far as $100/click is concerned...there are keywords available which provide ads that pay even more than $100/click...but sadly these keywords are not quite reliable
