Earning spike

My earnings have been fluctuating a lot..between an average of $25 and $16 until yesterday and today it jumped to $46 and today $41. I'm not sure if I should be concerned, but I've been banned before for 'fraudulent clicks' which I swear, I've done nothing of that sort and have always been a law-abiding guy. (Tried sending them my logs, explain to get me reinstated but to no avail).

I'm still a bit new to this, so I'd appreciate any response. :)

I think you should check your logs for any IP's that look suspicious... if nothing is out of the ordinary (aside from ur earnings) then nice job.. probably your site got a boost in some keyword...

We're both co-admins of the same site. What I meant to say, he signed up and we..share the account? Is that against the ToS?

Since you benifit from G's payment directly - though you was banned earlier, then it is not a *HONEST* way... also AGAINST TOS

Who says you cannot re-apply if you have been banned earlier? You can always explain to them honestly and when you re-apply, tell them politely that you are re-applying! I am sure you will be accepted.

Which part of the TOS is being broken BTW?

    medusa,
    Who says you cannot re-apply
    Google says so...
Which part of the TOS is being broken BTW?
    The one above!

You can always explain to them honestly and when you re-apply, tell them politely that you are re-applying! I am sure you will be accepted.
Well, I beleive you are talking about *REINSTATING* - Yes, reinstating a banned account is possible but not *APPLY FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT*.

If you are not convinced yet...
    1. Ask Infection to write to Google with his previous & current account details:rolleyes:
2.Wait for ASA to read & reply to this thread:cool:
    Or enlighten us more...
    Thanks & Regards,
    EWpro.

By re-applying for a new account after being banned once, are you "maintaining" multiple accounts? I do not see the point.

However, you may be right afterall. But I interpret the TOS as above. Hope I never need to actually experience it.

It isn't just that you opened another account, its that you opened it in somebody elses name after being banned.

If you post your url publicly, expect to have your new account banned within days as AdSense monitors many of these threads.

I haven't seen a case yet where an honest webmaster has been suspended and NOT reinstated. This is provided they have asked for reinstatement and asnwered all of Googles emails.
