There is no magic involved. All you need is traffic. Either He is getting it or he is involved in click fraud.

There is no tricks to adsense at all, simply get a lot of traffic, place your ads near the top of the page and you will make some money with adsense.
I'm sure he's referring to outsourcing the hard graft of SEO and Website Promotion when he mentions "Magic" ... otherwise your friends account won't last for very long! Buddy all you need is quality traffic, and the best source of traffic unfortunately is from the Search Engines; meaning you have to stick out SEO and Website Promotion for at least 3-12 Months before you see any real money.
