Earning money by displaying a toolbar on our website?

    I've seen many high PR websites that has a toolbar on the bottom of their page.

    Do they earn from it?

    If yes.

    What is the best website/company that can you recommend?

    I'm really interested and I want to try one on one of my high pr website.
