    It will take more effort than just working on the placement alone. Make it unique by changing the template rather than using the standard blogger template. Once you get decent number of visitors and with enough experience, get your own domain as well, and link it back to the blog.

    In your Blog you are blogging only about Bangladesh.
    You cannot get a good traffic, try to make something globally.
    Hope it will work..
