You can sell physical products in ebay or digital products..but eBay is really strict..I worked with eBay for almost 1 yr and they'll ban your account without any reason...but eBay is still a good marketplace and you can sell products you like..
Ebay is a place where you can earn good profit if you use proper technique. Ebay gets many customer as it sells wide variety of product. So as the sales increases the profit also increases. To increase the sales seller can use different type of technique like auction listing, discount coupon, free shipping during holidays. Feedback mails also play important role as positive feedback increases the rating of product. Seller can make good profit with all this methods

ebay has no choice, they have to kick people off or they'll be sued, copyrights, etc custo. service, etc. but sell.com is smaller and has been making good extra $ for me lately. just a tip
Do you really want to make money easy on ebay first you need know what it is ebay. But if you’re really efficient and a quick worker, you can probably get an Ebay campaign going, depending on how complex it is, in about a week. Some take a month or longer to put together. My particular campaign, when I first started, was simple and took me a week.
Is there good money to be made from the ebay partner network?, in appose to adsense / clickbank etc etc??
As far as I know ebay is as stingy as amazon in terms of commission but I could be wrong. Read up on certain products that pays more
