EarnersWeb.com For Sale - Fantastic Potential ;(

I am gutted. I have spent the last week getting this up and running and am now having to sell it to pay off a large debt.

This is my latest project. EarnersWeb.com is a Money Making Blog with excellent potential. I have started promoting the blog and in 4 days have received over 1000 unique visitors !

The revenue to date is just from adsense pass-through clicks and no affiliate sales have been generated...however, this site has only been live for 4 days !

The site has lots of money paying affiliate links and adsense. The skin is a paid theme (JohnCow.com theme) which sell on its own for $39 !

The header logo was designed by CB who is a member of DP and this cost $20 to design. No PSD is included however it is obtainable from him directly for a small fee.

To date, I have sold 3 permanent blogroll links for $3 each and that is without really trying !

None of the 125x125 spots have been advertised and I am sure that there will be many buyers if promoted.

I have also purchased the peelaway ads script which I am still to install on the site and will be included within the sale of the blog.

I really want this project to go to someone who will maintain and promote it further.

It has feedburner email subscription added and a few other plugins which are very handy.

I am not setting a BIN price as I want to guage interest. This will probably end up on SitePoint if I dont get the right money for the site.

Its misleading since the theme is johncow and not chow, aside that I don't like it but you don't care. Anyway you said it is 4 days old and it has already generated 1000+ visitors , mind me asking what type of promotion you have made to the site? If its stumbleupon I am calling myself out if its something different then stumble I am interested and might be willing to bid

 

The theme is johncow.com however, the theme is obviously interchangable and easy to do so ?
