    Due to other projects I am forced to sell my newest site although it is making some $$$ but I don't have the time to run and promote it to its potential. The site is an SE friendly directory and has had almost 1000 submissions in the past month with several paid listings. The domain is only a month old but already being indexed and is registered for another 11 months. Buyer is responsible for setting up the site on their own host provider. I will have all the sites files and database available via FTP for the winning bid.
