I know it's an old thread, but I'll post my experience with them, which isn't good. People need to know about this company.

I accrued about $10k with them over a 3 month period, not a lot, but not a little either. Every time it was time for payment, they told me to send in my w9 (which I had). I had several emails from them confirming they received my w9 and I would "get my check at the end of the month." However, every time it came to payout, I would get a "please turn in your w9." I confronted the idiot Ruben (I think he's the only one that works there), about the discrepancies, and he gave me a long drawn out story that they lost my w9. I asked him why he told me personally that he received my w9, but is now saying otherwise. He told me he never said that, and I forwarded him the email - and he blatantly lied and said it wasn't him....?? HUH??

Later on, I finally got him on the AIM again, and faxed/emailed in my w9 WITH HIM ON CHAT at the same time. After sending it about 20 times, because he kept saying it was blank (yea, RIGHT), He told me he got it, and I would see my check soon. Still haven't received it.

I am filing a lawsuit against them, have recorded all emails and conversations. I know a lot of people say they are filing a lawsuit against x company, but I really am. Have the forms and lawyer and everything. This company will not be around for long.
