Hi, basically I need someone who can remove my remaining itunes balance, so I can change country setting. Currently it's in USA country, and there are $0.03 left in the account, but there is no way to add australia credit card due to usa address settings. What you need to do is using your credit card to purchase something, cheapeast is $0.99 app, and make sure the remaining balance can be used. or top up to the total amount of $0.99, so I can use it up. What I mean is when your account country setting is USA< then you can only select usa states in dropdown menu, that way it always prompt wrong credit card information... It's been tried for many times before, different credit card.. all failed..
