It's more like pennies per click, and 99% of the IP addresses used to park at blacklisted for spam.

There are many parking services, but the payment per click isn't high, unless you are in a good niche.

www.fabulous.com have a superb ppc can get up to 10$ on a poker related click, dating i get up to 4$ and anything else ranges from 50c upwards. Never had anything lower.

You do need a good portfolio or a big list of names say 50 to get in Fabulous but worth a try on any portfolio size.

Want to make money parking then Fabulous is the way and they pay out on the dot every month. Want to sell your names and not bothered about money from parking then it is Sedo over anyone else. Afternic might as well pack up they have gone down hill terribly over the last couple of years.

I have joined Sedo one month ago. Expect $0.01-$0.03 per domain and per month :(

honestly, use zoneedit for a free redirect, and park it somewhere yourself. Spend fifteen minutes picking some links which are actually relevant to your domain name, and you'll make significantly better money.

parked domains really don't get your much per click

i would recommened you write an article or add some sort of content, and add google adsense to it. that will get you more per click!

If you want to sell the domain, it can be usefull (especially for a good domain name).
If you just want to park it, NO. Create a page instead.

Parking domains can be good for some specific niches (poker, casinos, ...), in specific programs. But for mainstream content, you should build the site (even if it's only a mini site of one page). Your domain will age, and worth more.

I would try parking it. If it pays well then leave it parked but if it doesn't (which it won't if it doesn't get any traffic) then develop it. I make quite a bit off of parked domains and some make more than when they were developed and they require no upkeep. I develop some names but only those I feel will perform better with AdSense or YPN. It's a lot of work to develop and maintain though.

Any domain, don't park it, or leave it sitting around.
Like buying a lot in the city, develop or die.

Put something on it, even as someone else suggested one page.
If only to direct people to another site.

    Which brings up this...
    400, 401, etc pages.
How many of you have nothing on those pages????
    Shame on you!
    Wasting valuable real estate....

I have way to many domains but when i see a good one i can not stop buying but my intesion is always to make something nice of it. If i had money to hire people enough to cover them all i would. In the mean while they can stay with Sedo.
