    Well, till now you can earn from Google+ in an indirect way, like:
    1. Marketing your products or website over G+.
    2. Generating Back links which would help you to get your desired traffic.
    3. Promote yourself and your products over G+.

    There is no direct way you can earn money from Google PLus... You neeed to make apps for Facebook , they will pay you a lot for the popular applications.:)

    Actually you can easily earn with G+ especially locally, if you check their smartphone app it can show your post to the people around you. Everyone who has that app on their phone who lives in the same city as you will be able to see whatever you post that you make public. This is traffic to whatever site you have and whatever product you are selling.

    There's more to Google+ than meets the eye. I found this ebook that might help, "Google+ for Small Businesses." It shows blue prints for increasing traffic with Google+ and some other related Google products. It fills the gap from getting more Google+ and how to convert them to profits.

    Gather followers and you'll be paid for posting links of other websites :)
    What experience tells me, is that guys with 200,000+ followers get somewhat $200 per shared link.

    You can not earn directly from g+. U can promote your business only. Increase your circle members and post your product or services. And from that way u can earn.

    As others said, first step is getting as many followers as you can. With so many followers, you can then publish your affiliate links, promote your own traffic, etc.
