    i am selling all my sites, due to ill health i can not manage them to the same level as before and i would like to try and keep my traffic exchange, threfore i have no choice but to let this site go

    income is minimal at moment as i have been unwell and not able to get the site out here as much as needs to be (thus reserve price of $100 which is less than the cost of the script), a lot of accounts have been deleted as not logged in for 8-9 months and mails now bouncing therefore as per terms of site the accounts were deleted, although site still has over 300 members
    The site really needs a new admin that has the time to devote to promoting the site everywhere and getting good JV partners onboard to assist in building the site back up again. Site is still pr1 .
    i would of course provide names of jv partners who own other big sites that you can contact to support you in a relaunch of the site. this should generate income very quickly for you.
    Traffic has averaged 500 unique views per month last year.
    I also am selling my other ad sites and would be happy to sell more than one together if the price is right.
