    I don't think this ok with Google AdSense! As far as I know you can't post your ads anywhere but in your own website which you have already authorized with Google AdSense

    Not true. You can display your ads anywhere on the internet. But yes you can control which sites are going to display your ads in your adsense account. By default, all sites are allowed.

    I was stunned by this initially as I thought this was simply a way to cloak an adsense ad into your signature, but it's actually a link sharing site of sorts, that has adsense revenue sharing on the site, which is what the code is required for. You could have explained it a lot better as it's misleading. Also when you go to the site there isn't actually a link to the links directory, which could put the damper on it bringing you any free traffic. My concern is as to what the link pages look like as if it's just a page with next to no content then this will fall foul of adsense rules. Also they hate link farms which is what this sounds like
