If you are in the right niche with no competition, then yes it's easy money. I know in years past if I found something that worked, I actually made 20-30 sites just like it and dominated the SERP's not tell everyone about it so I could hope to get some 2nd tier money. I'm sure OP is looking to get people to sign up under him so he gets some two-tier which is fine, but if the OP really wanted to make "easy money" he would replicate 100 times over and have 100X "easy money" Of course maybe he's already done that.

I actually tried your exact method with dating sites, that are paying like 10 bucks for lead btw and it was seen by people as exactly what it is - promotion of a certain site. I think classifieds are well spammed by such "promotions" already. It was a profitable like 2 years ago though. uhh wow..that was 2 years ago...lol...my bad. No wonder u had success then.
See this whats steams me. Somebody claims they helping newbies but really they just giving you old news. I wish there was a one person that would depart with a secret to help newbies but I dont think it exist. What is easy are business models though. Yeah classified ads are already spammed to hell, but there are always new ppl that fall for it. Sure it doesn't make me the 4-5k a month like 2 years ago, but I'd take 1k every month for not much work.
