it is a referal program, a referal program is where people refer members to your site and get rewarded for doing so.

there is a difference, otherwise the thread would have been, post 100 posts on my site and get $6

but the point is the same - you are paying people only for posts, not for members like you stated in the title first (now edited I know ) - good luck anyway, whish I would get cheap posters too
