I host my blog at blogger too and face the same issue. Please post when you have received answer from GoDaddy

What I do right now is just redirect the http://abc.com to http://www.abc.com

The answer is below. But it didn't work. I think the problem may based on blogger. I am changing my settings at blogger like this:

    Settings > Publishing > You're publishing on a custom domain >

    Your domain : http://homeloansdebt.com
Use a missing files host? YES
    http://www.homeloansdebt.com

Then I will wait for 48 hrs. If it doesn't work, I will try to forward http://www.homeloansdebt.com to http://homeloansdebt.com

My old setting on blogger was:
    Your domain : http://www.homeloansdebt.com ,
Use a missing files host? NO

    Hoping it works :)

Thank you for contacting online support.

You will need to forward your domain to the 'www' address.

Domains registered with Go Daddy using our Parked DNS may use our forwarding service. To setup or modify forwarding, please use the following instructions:

    A. Log into your customer account:

    • Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page
    • Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password

If you have trouble logging in, our password reset form may help you. You can find this form through the following link:
    Account Retrieval Page

    • Select 'Manage Domains' from the "Domain Names' dropdown at the top of the page.
    • Click on the domain that you would like to modify.
    • Confirm that your domain is set to our parked nameservers, as indicated in the "Nameservers Summary" on the right.

If the domain is not parked, go to step B.
If the domain is already parked, go to step C.

    B. Park your domain:

    • From within your Go Daddy account, select 'Manage Domains' from the 'Domain Names' menu.
    • Check the box next to the domain(s) you wish to modify.
    • Click the 'Set Name Servers' button above the list of domains.
    • If you have selected multiple domains click the 'Click here to Enable Fields' link under the warning that appears to the right.
    • Select the 'Default Parked Name Servers' option.
    • Click on the 'Save Changes' button.

    C. Set Up Forwarding:

    • Check the box next to the domain(s) you wish to modify.
    • Click the 'Forward Domains' button above your list of domains.
    • If you have selected multiple domains click the 'Click here to Enable Fields' link under the warning.

Here is where you will enter or modify the URL/ web address or IP address to where your domain name is forwarded:

    • Enter the full URL that you would like your domain to forward to. (Ex. http://www.anotherdomain.com)
    • Click on 'Save Changes' when complete.

    Note:
Changes to the settings of a domain can take an average of 48 hours due to the number of networks involved. These networks are controlled by many different entities and are updated independently.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

    Sincerely,
