    Hello,

    I want to launch a new cpa network with about 1200  worldwide incentive and non incentive offers from $1 to $800. I pay monthly via Paypal, direct diposit and many other.

    If you earn more then 1.000 USD a week I pay you weekly.

    I work with hasoffers.com tracking software.
    I want to offer you this, as a startup I dont have any money to pay you upfront so I want to pay you 10% from each referred webmaster earnings,
    if you referr more than 100 a month I pay you 20%.
