    Hi,

I have PayPal funds I urgently need in my bank account. I would like to exchange the PayPal for bank transfer through anyone in the UK (or possibly international if the bank transfer is still instant) using HSBC bank and PayPal.

    Terms:
    - You must have an HSBC account so that the transfer will be instant
    - I will PayPal half the money to your PayPal account. You can then use internet banking to do a transfer from your bank account to mine for the full amount (minus commission). Upon receipt, I will PayPal you the other half. This exchange process is negotiable, depending on reputation and iTrader.
    - This must be done in the next few hours
    - I have £50 that needs moving, you can choose any amount up to and including £50 for the exchange
    - You may keep 20% of the money

If you use HSBC and PayPal, you can earn £10 for a few minutes of your time. If you're a regular user of PayPal, you can use the funds immediately - if you're not, you can withdraw and get your money back in your bank within a week. I just don't have a week.

If I wanted to scam anyone,
    A) I wouldn't do it here where I have a number of happy, paying clients
    B) I'd ask for more than £40 and give away more % as incentive
    C) I just wouldn't.
    D) I don't even know how to "reverse the transfer".

No, it's not a massive money maker for anyone - I just need a big favour because my bank balance is £3.21, my last withdrawal won't go through till Monday now and I need money today. And I'm offering commission for your time.

I don't know what other assurances I can give but I'd be happy to give them if you know of anything.

But thanks for being so tactful - yes, I can understand why you might warn people of a potential scam, but your rude, unfounded and blunt accusations aren't appreciated.
