I'm an employee of an Media Production Company. We have around 100 DVDs of which 70 or so have trailers. These trailers are WMV (v9) encoded format and are usually 1-5 minutes long.

I need a flash player that will:

    - get the WMV filename from a parameter that contains the complete URL (so I can use the same player for all my trailers).

    - If the Video URL is not on our domain, then it should just show our domain name on screen and nothing else. When clicked on the player it should take the user to our website (hardcoded domain name).

    - Get the DVD title from a parameter

    - Get the target URL from a parameter

    - If the target URL is not on our domain, then it should just show our domain name on screen and nothing else. When clicked on the player it should take the user to our website (hardcoded domain name).

    - Get the player size from a parameter. This size will be the "minimized" size. The maximized size (when mouse is hovered on the player) should be equal to the video resolution size. The minimized player size will be one of the following:
    468x60
    250x250

    - Start with showing our website's domain name and DVD title while initiating the loading in the background of the video file. At the bottom it should say "Move mouse here to see video".

    - As video file is loading, show still images of the trailer. These still images should be taken every 15 seconds from the trailer. The DVD title should be shown at the top at all times. The "Move mouse here to see video" should be seen at the bottom at all times.

    - When mouse is hovered over the player, the video should start playing from the top (including audio) and play till the end. The player size should grow to the size of the video. Once at the end, show the domain name and product title and stop. When mouse leaves player go back to minimized size and do the above mentioned requirements. The maximized player should always be onscreen, and if it grows outside screen it should move its location to onscreen.

    - if clicked on the player (minimized or maximized) then it should take the viewer to the target URL.

    - The player (SWF file) should be less than 1 MB

Your deliverable will be the source code and the SWF file.

Let me know how fast you can deliver and at what price.
