    Hello,

I think each of us, online webmasters, should have at least 1 free web directory to let other webmasters to submit their website (s) to, it will be beneficial to all. If we have 10,000 webmasters in this forum, and submit our website (s) to 10,000 free directories, our sites will be booming up on the first page of SEs.

    Just a thought.

    Thanks for reading.

    Jenny.

Wow, where did all the newbies come from!

As for the idea, no sorry Jenny that would likely get classed as some sort of link farm. Either way it's designed to be manipulative and would likely end up with you and nyone else participating, banned.

I learned from this forum that submitting your site to web directories is good so I tried to submit to some free directories the past few months. And, yes, my site is listed on the 4th page for some keywords on google. I like it so I just thought of each of us should have one free directory to help each other.

    Thanks for reading.

    Its great in theory...
Even greater for domain registrars who will get a lot of cash from "our 10,000" registries...
In the end G will still see them as elaborate recips so no further ahead.

Shame 99% of website owners and directory owners on DigitalPoint own spammy, crap quality sites/directories, makes it all very unworthy of our time:D
