Hello. I have a few small questions I would appreciate the facts on. If you own a .COM domain name that was registered before a person rises to become a celebrity and registers their trademark, if at a later date they DO register the trademark can they legally retain the name from me? If they cannot, can i legally sell stuff related to them? Same situation as above regarding the registration etc, but only the first name of the celebrity this time. This name is a very unique name. Can they legally take this from me if it was purchased BEFORE they filed for the trademark? If it is a music company for example, would the trademark have to be for the exact words still? I have ran a trademark search and this name does not appear whatsoever. Does this mean I am on a winner?
