Hi Versus, I'll reply to your PM in a few minutes. A utility bill is a bill for an essential service - usually water, electricity, gas etc.

If you don't have something like this I think I can maybe help you. I can also read hebrew so maybe I can vouch for you with regards to your government ID.

    Best wishes,

    Martin

E-Trade is the best option yet.
This article written by non-professional and non-experienced people.

-International using of ETrade debit card are totally free.
-ETrade brokerage accounts without trade won't be frozen, only will be charged a small fee every three month from second year.
-There is no limit to deposit or use debit card online or offline (maximum amount that accentcard can be load at one time is $1500,so you can't transfer big amounts from Adsense,Paypal or US customers.)

-Accent card fees are tooooooo high.I don't recommend it.

-No one can open you US business bank account for $500 !!! Minimum amout that nominee require to open corporate account is $1000.Only 2-3 companies offer this service.

    -...

For newbies: You can download ETrade application from internet for free.

It would be great Martin :) I have all documents ready. Looking forward to your PM.

payfor - I don't know what was in the past or how is it with different countries, but I know for a fact that E*Trade currently make it very difficult to get an account and they can drag you for months..

They also do not give debit cards/checks to non-us residents (as their rep told me over the phone).

    E-A.

if you'ren't able to leave $5000-6000 in your etrade account then you'll get your account closed. That's what happened to most Valis customers, 2 years ago.... mine is still alive. Also applying from India, Pakistan,... other third-world countries won't help.
