I just found a really cool widget that I wanted to share with you all, as I think it can be a cool feature on a lot of sites. It's called e-refferer. (you can see it in action on my sidebar on my site, Glenn Stovall Design). It provides a link to the top sites that refer to yours. People are more encouraged to link to you, because they are getting something in return. Also, if unknown people link to your blog, it can be a way to find them and meet more people in the community!
