E-P-N,whoes payment via paypal has been reserved after being paid?

    E-P-N,just want to know whoes payment has been reserved from paypal
    As know to all,ePn/paypal can get the money back even if they have paid you.
    Now let's see,how many people's payment has been reserved after being paid.

    Wow, I didn't know this was happening! Good thing I use direct deposit with EPN. I don't think they can take money OUT of my checking account.

    He never said that it was happening. He just wants to know how many people have had their payments reversed.
