I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am wanting to know if any of you fabulous people know where I can find an email newsletter template software or program that I can use to create an E-newsletter that allows HTML. This will be a newsletter that will be sent out monthly that will include links to our website articles, etc. I do not need a service that emails out the newsletters for you like Constant Contact or Mailchimp. I need something that would be easy for a beginner to utilize and something that can be converted to a PDF file. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
