E-mailing payment to someone without paypal?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to pay someone for a service without using the paypal send payment request feature. I used to be able to send payment to people who sent me requests for money but now all of a sudden I cannot because it asks to log into paypal.

Sometimes we use a company a company card. We have always had a paypal account but this seems like a recent change. Not everyone here has the PayPal password so now we have to go through a few extra tedious steps to send a simple payment.

Anyone know of another payment processor that works just like the paypal send payment feature?

you are asking for processor that is accepting payments from paypal so that people that don't have paypal could receive payments from the one with paypal?
if that is the case, 2checkout.com offers receiving payments for goods and services via paypal, but it's not free to register.

if someone know some service that can accept paypal donations and is free, that would be great

Wow that is sad. So what your saying is that in the past you could send payment using a paypal account that you didn't have the password to? Looks like a huge security risk. Paypal must really suck.

    No.

In the past I was able to send someone money with the company credit card. There was an account on paypal with this card before, it worked before and now all of a sudden I couldn't send payment without logging into my account first.

You need the credit card obviously, not just the e-mail. Anyways thanks for the help.
