E-mail/ZIP submits

    Could you guys tell me CPA networks that have e-mail submit and zip submit offers that can be be promoted with incentives?

    I've never seen email or zip submits that can be incentivized - that doesn't make any sense for the advertiser, since they're paying out on no real action for people who just want the money.

    I'd go with Revenue Boost or CPAEmpire. Elite Commission has bad support in my opinion.

    When promoting CPA always and always goes for the BIG Boys! The rest you can forget it. Get your focus right. Same type of CPA network should give you same type of peanuts return. Therefore no worth your time to promote small CPA.

    Yeah incentive offers are possible just have to keep the traffic clean and watch it and things will work out. We have some as well.
