    ...Yeah I've seen this before, it seems people accept "bad customer service" regarding computers, the internet and related techie stuff. People just seem to "put up with it"

    This doesn't seem to fly for other industries, if customer service is bad, then there is always another place that I can give my business too.

    ok on topic but a diferent issue

    i have a 1 million user list all double opt in
    i want to send out a email to each of them at a rate of around 25,000 a day (just a random high nº)
    if i used phplist from domain would my hosts ban me you think or is this classed as web traffic??

    ie
    if i have phplist set up at www. mydomain.com/list
    and send out emails promoting mydomain.com's services would this be grounds to upset a hosting company?
