E-mail spam

    Hi, recently our company has been getting increased spam. We believe that it is due to increased site traffic. We have been getting spam from senders with the domain address @excellence-in-manufacturing.org, which is a spoof of our companies real address. Is there anyway to resolve this?

    Setup SPF and domainkey for your domain that will help you to block some of the spam mails. Also if you have whitelisted your own domain name in your mail server then kindly remove your domain otherwise spoofing email will be bypassed from your server filter.

    Spam email is OK,everybody does the same things.

    Thank you. I black listed a few of the major offenders and much of the e-mail spam has stopped.
