E-mail marketing: how to not be a spammer

    I was wondering if anyone knew the guidelines on e-mail marketing. I know that if you have a list you have to include an opt-out link.

    It would be cool if anyone could drop a url on this topic.

    Also read sethgodin blog for permission based email marketing, it can be considered good resource for email marketing.
