Seems like your standard forum template. One thing I would suggest would be to put a little more detailed explanation of what the forum is about, on the top of the home page. Otherwise, seems like it would be quite a helpful place for people to go. Good luck.
Would you suggest changing the text under the logo from the discussion line to "E-Mail Help Desk" or more information than that? -Raymond
