Hello i have few medical sites which have each 5-6k uniqs/ day. Just now i 'm runing google adsense on this sites. last month i did a little research and found, that the most popular medical sites use 1. another adv brokers (e-Healthcare, doubleclick, etc) 2. another adv brokers (e-Healthcare, doubleclick, etc) + adsense that's why deside to contact this broker. after 1-2 months communication (they check sites stats, me , our company, etc) that send me their rates they need 15% to cover ad serving and olny after this 50/50 split so , i'll have only 42.5% what i earn in this case (if cpm $20 to $40 range ) it will be $8.5 -> $17 CPM last six months my CPM on google was $8-13 CPM, this month ~$5-8. that's why don't know what to decide. 1. of course google is more reputable company 2. of course $8.5 -> $17 CPM is more thant 5-13 CPM on google 3. if google 50-60% give no targeted adv (for example on medical sites adv about death, burial services, jesus christ, etc) , here all adv are targeted. really i don't know, what to do :-( any advice will be appreciated any opinion
