E-Gold Problem

    Hi dear DPs,

    One of my friend has a problem with e-gold account.

    He has forgot his email address at e-gold...

    He has his account number, password, and also his email password! But he has forgot his email address.

    Now when he wants to login at e-gold he needs a PIN which is sent to his email address.

    What should he do?

    He should contact them, I cant think of any other way if he doesnt know the pin :eek:. They should be able to help him somehow.

    they will ask for notorized copies of passports, list of transactions in account and aload of other stuff. i loaded funds to an old egold account in error and lost $60 as i couldnt provide transaction history. you then have to post to australia.
