    This has the potential get you a hefty "settlement" if you have the balls & money to go to court. It is infringement though, as correctus said.

    The problem with the domain is that it is meant to stand for e-gold (with a hyphen in it), if it was something like egold, you could have said like it was meant to be EG Old Foundation or whatever, but you would have had some ground. Due to the hyphen though... you have no leg to stand on.
