Hello I am Facing a problem in E-gold when i try to make a new account or even try to login it gives me that messege "Access denied The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (xx.xxx.x.xxx) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues. Your first order of business to restore access should be to make sure that you are computing securely. Please read and implement e-gold's Security Recommendations. After you have resolved any security issues, including virus removal, it may take a day or two for your access to be re-enabled." i have searched for this problem and found that other people have it too they say that because the IP is in the DNS black list i dunno why anyway they said that i should remove the IP from DNS black list through this site i removed it but i still cannot login or make a new account in e-gold So what should i do should i use proxy? but i am afraid that they may steal my Password and hack the account.... or are there safe proxies that i can use? Do you have a static or dynamic ip? If you have a dynamic ip, try disconnecting and reconnecting and try to log-on to egold.
1) Make full checking of your system with updated antivirus. If you have trojans, that may cause such error. 2) Find other IP blacklists via google, and delete your adress from them If all above don't help, ask your internet provider for new IP, or find good proxy/vpn service. But NEVER use stardart proxies found in internet to access your e-gold acount. Use good commercial services, like well-known hosting companies or so on...
Egold has problems with every one. They never allowed me to register with them saying that my internet connection i am using is open source.
Use a VPN connection. In order to stop fraudsters E-gold use some public IP databases to detect IPs used by spammers,scammers. Usually dynamic ips are black listed or even whole IP block..
1.Just use a proxy from the same country. 2.Don't even think to waste your time sending them a message and tell your problem.Even if you are not guilty, they won't help you.They will tell you to contact your ISP and solve your problem.If you contact your ISP, you will probably be adviced to contact Egold to solve your problem...and so on. ( It happened to me ) 3.If you have a dynamic IP you can lower your egold account security so you won't need to introduce the pin they send you every time you try to log-in.If you take a look into your account, you have an option to disable -Detect IP Address Change Sensitivity-.
This is lately a problem with all e-gold accounts/users using dynamic IP. Possibly, they ban all users who are in blacklist. Check domainstools.com > Whois IP to see if you're in blacklist., If you're there is very little possibility that you'll have access to your account ever from the same IP range.
