I've noticed a lot of foreigners are making this kind of websites that sell - no offense - garbage products. The websites are all clones of each other. Is this just me or is their a lot of these?

Sorry My friend we don't sell any garbage products. We have a proper warehouse where we store our products and sell them. i guess you have picked up the wrong one.

    Nice clean site.
Obvious marketing strategy is AdSense or similar.
You can also try article marketing. For your niche it probably would be a good option.

Its mainly i need to sell my products. If i do any adsense or anything like that i may end up losing customers. Do you agree with that ?

That is a clean design, I'd check out some directories as well, and possibly see if you can get your products listed in Froogle or other shopping comparison websites. Especially if you can ship internationally and offer competitive rates, which, if you have your own warehouse, I'm going to go with yes :) Adwords is a solid start, don't forget to support it with YSM and MSN adcenter as well

You might also try purchasing some ad space on forums and article sites that target your customer base.

Adwords is definitely the way to go...

I had a similar website back in the days and I was getting all of my traffic from Adwords...
