For SEO puroposes, I have 4 different urls (same site in 4 languages) & want to implement an e-commerce solution to them. I am thinking about OsCommerce. Following the fact that I do not want to manage several databases & for simplicity reasons, I am thinking of putting the e-store in only one url. What I am thinking is the possibility of starting the shop cart at the original url & somewhere in the process, pass the gathered information to the payment url (secure https site in another domain) which will collect the data & finalise the transaction. Would this be OK? Can this be done with oscommerce? My main objective is to manage only one (as opposed to 4 databases).
