Hi all, I have a website, http://www.discgolfstation.com, that is getting almost double the e-commerce conversion rates with mobile traffic than non-mobile. It seems like it should be the other way around.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

You might want to look for some checkout errors in all browsers if that is the case.

I also see some pretty big problems design wise.

    1. Your add to cart button should be tripled in size and a better color.
    2. You are putting far to much focus on the pictures, the picture should be reduced and the product details and add to cart moved up and to the right of the photos. The add to cart is the most important part and should be in the best location possible.
    3. The options a user must select should be directly above the add to cart button and line up together vertically. Right now they are in completely different locations and it can easily be missed.

That's really interesting. I'm wondering if it has to do with the fact that you have a mobile theme. Perhaps your mobile site is much more intuitive than your desktop version?

One of my sites that sells off-road products now shows that safari has the highest percentage on my stats. So maybe that is not all mobile and a lot of iPads but for years it was always Internet Explorer as the top browser on all of my sites where now Safari & mobile devices are taking over. Just started noticing that over the past year.

Yes it is... What do you sell though? Consumers product work very well on mobile, like fashion, books etc..
