Few days ago I was trying to buy a product from an online store. But when I saw that the delivery time is more than 20 days in our country I've got discouraged. I tried to find a better way to get the product at home and with out occurring any problem with the CNF in my country. Then I've found some email seller are offering the product at a very low price and also willing to ship within 3-4 days. The seller was assisting me to buy the product but he wasn't willing to accept the payment through any third party but payment in advance. Although its a few hundred dollars but that doesn't mean I can send it to anyone. I tried to manipulate the truth. What I've found the he is pushing me to make the payment and he'll send me the product. I told him to use a third party but he said " Taking payment through any third party like Paypal will be cause of his loss. Buyers pay using Paypal but in the end the sent balance vanishes and he doesn't know how. " I want to know how is it possible that someone is paying me, I see the balance but then it vanishes after the product reaches to its destination? Please share your experience if anyone have ever faced something like this. I wanted to work for e commerce now I am confused. Thanks.
Well, that's weird. I am confident that it is absolutely impossible that you receive money on your balance and the next minute/hour/day they are gone in unknown direction. That is total nonsense. It's either he is having issues with PayPal and his account is limited meaning he can accept payments but cannot send or withdraw. OR he doesn't even have one at all and simply wants to get hold of your money. Neither one is good for you though. I wouldn't trust this seller. Find someone with PayPal account where you can file a dispute and get a refund in case something goes wrong.
This might be the case. There are no problems with paypal if the seller is really LEGIT. It is not possible to have money disappear once the product has been shipped. Avoid this kind of sellers at all cost even if they have the cheapest price in the market.
