I ordered 25 Paid Signups for an affiliate program that I no longer promote. I never received a single signup from this company. I have sat and waited the maximum 190 days that it should take to deliver. I requested a refund after 9 months. I requested this 4 times before they informed me that they were having trouble with receiving email and that I just need to send them a link to my backoffice to verify I haven't received signups. Well, 2 months and 9 unreplied emails have lead me to believe I will never receive my partial reimbursement. They take off 28% for advertising costs, and 5.9% for payment processors. I spent over $600 and would just like the small portion back that I'm entitled to. What a crock! Any ideas of how to go about this?
