    Could anyone tell me an easy way to make e-books.

    Had a look at a few things but they either want loads of money or there far to complecated.

    Depends how complicated you want them. I often use OpenOffice to create them by just exporting them from the word processor in PDF format. It's free, and it's an office suite. Can't say fairer than that.
