Hi! I have a 238-page (including the f&b covers) PDF book that I want to sell from my website using a delivery service like PayLoadz. I want to sell the book as a PDF file, not as an EPUB e-book or as a Kindle e-book. (1) Can you recommend a good delivery service? (2) And, for CC processing, should I use PayPal or should I use another merchant service like First Data? Thank you! Dr. T
